1. General
UniqueSMM ("we", "our") operates the website uniquesmm.com, an SMM panel that provides social media marketing services for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and other platforms. By creating an account or placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services and delivery
All services listed on our Services page are delivered electronically. Start times and delivery speeds differ per service and are shown as estimates only. We do not guarantee that followers, likes, views or any delivered quantity will remain forever; where a service includes a refill guarantee, it is stated in that service's description and honoured for the stated period. You must not change your username or set your account to private while an order is in progress.
3. Orders
You are responsible for providing the correct, public link for every order. Orders placed with a wrong link, a private account or a link that changes during delivery may be marked completed without a refund. Do not place duplicate orders for the same link at the same time.
4. Payments and balance
Deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the payment methods shown on the Add Funds page. Deposited funds are credited to your UniqueSMM account balance and can only be used to purchase services on this website. Balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.
5. Refunds
If an order cannot be started or completed, the unused amount is returned to your UniqueSMM balance automatically or on request. Partially delivered orders are refunded to balance in proportion to the undelivered part. Payments that were already used for delivered services are not refundable.
6. Acceptable use
You may only promote content that you own or have permission to promote. You must not use our services for illegal, hateful, adult or otherwise unlawful content, and you must follow the rules of the platform you are promoting on. API access is provided for reselling our services; abuse of the API may lead to suspension.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
8. Liability
Our services are provided "as is". Social media platforms may change their systems at any time, which can affect delivery; we are not liable for losses caused by such changes or by actions a platform takes on your account.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
